Buying Solutions Framework Agreement for Learning & Development
The Development Partnership are pleased to announce that we are a supplier on Lot 16 – Management & Leadership – on the Buying Solutions framework agreement for Learning & Development and eLearning Solutions. This framework agreement is now available for use by the public sector and by using this EU compliant framework agreement, customers have easy access to the services that they require without the need for further procurement exercises. For added confidence, all suppliers have undergone competitive tendering and rigorous evaluation procedures to ensure their quality and competitive rates.
Department for Business, Innovation and Skills Coaching Framework
Under our framework agreement with BIS (formerly BERR), The Development Partnership offers a team of 10 experienced and professionally qualified coaches, including organisational psychologists. As well as their coaching expertise, all are skilled leadership and management development facilitators. Our coaches have current clients at senior levels in Central Government Departments and Agencies, and are fully up-to-date with the key issues and challenges faced by public sector leaders and managers. Many also work in the private sector and bring this business perspective to their coaching practice. We provide full coaching biographies to help coachees select the individual best suited for their needs.
Greater Manchester Police
The Development Partnership are external facilitators on The Greater Manchester Police Framework to provide expert facilitators and coaches to work alongside divisional/branch senior leadership teams in developing their leadership capability. We will build on the diagnostic assessment processes already undertaken by some of the teams to implement action plans focused on the specific needs of each team, which may include change management, teamworking and dynamics, encouraging a culture of learning, promoting creativity, fostering knowledge sharing, using emotional intelligence in leadership, engagement strategies, communication tools and developing vision and strategy.
HM Prison Service & National Offender Management Service
The Development Partnership is a preferred supplier of Executive Coaching services under the HMPS Framework for Leadership and Talent Management. Our team of experienced and professionally qualified coaches are working with HMPS to coach governing Governors and senior managers to improve leadership capability, increase motivation and enthusiasm, build better relationships with stakeholders and generate innovative and creative approaches. A Governor’s role is complex and challenging and executive coaching gives space for reflection, critical challenge and a confidential ‘sounding board’ from an objective an external professional. The Ministry of Justice has also worked with us under this framework agreement.
Highways Agency
The Development Partnership holds
a framework agreement with The Highways Agency to provide
development and training. Successful training courses
we have run to date have included facilitating team
building and team development workshops, designing and
carrying out 360 degree feedback, executive coaching,
and workshops on Representing
the Highways Agency.
Department for
Communities and Local Government
The Development Partnership is a preferred supplier under the framework agreement with the Department for Communities and Local Government in partnership with Epic Group plc, one of the UK's market leaders in e-learning, blended learning and knowledge solutions. Under this agreement, we deliver bespoke courses and provide consultancy in the areas of: change management; organisational and development; HR and training strategies; competence frameworks; stakeholder management; management development; teambuilding; coaching accreditation and executive coaching; online 360 degree feedback; recruitment and assessment processes; and evaluation methods and processes.
Department for
Business, Innovation and Skills
We are a preferred supplier to provide training, leadership and management development, and organisational development services for the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (formerly BERR). Our services are contracted on an individual project by project basis and we adhere to the BIS terms and conditions under the framework. Under this framework agreement we have designed and delivered training in management skills and customer relationship management within BIS and conducted a training needs analysis for UKTI and supported talent programmes at the Department for Children, Schools and Families.
National School
of Government
In addition to the framework agreements,
we are also an approved Associate for the National School
of Government (NSG) and employ our skills and expertise
in the areas of organisational development, leadership,
executive coaching and management and development skills.
NSG is recognised as a centre of excellence for learning
and development, both nationally and internationally
alongside public sector academies, business schools,
universities, consultancies and individuals. |
